As the legal representative of Gisela Schertling, currently serving her sentence in Rothenfeld, may I be permitted to forward you the original of the clemency petition to the Chief Prosecutor as requested by Schertling’s parents. Please add your position in this matter [to the clemency petition] and then forward the file to the Chief Prosecutor’s office in Berlin, Bellevue Str. 4.

I have enclosed a copy of the petition for your files, along with an envelope, in case you need one.
